If you're targeting British people, then you want your ad targeted toward the UK. If you want elderly people, then use choose that demographic. Anyway, you get the point. However, how important is targeting to you? It's not important in all ads I think (opinion).
Gaming point of view and so that's the aim of the deal wot get people based around that
Would be more harder with elderly people since they are not good with tech and most would not be consider going online
