I've not had any luck with freelance writing though. How can I polish my skills so I can get high paying clients?

I love writing online and I have discharge this type of functions before so I think that people like things and I prefer forum work,article writing and blogging but some people like some of the folks I know they only earn through micro jobs website they dont like writing people are not the same

Are there any companies that hire, not fiver or any of those types of freelance sites, but a true business that hires freelancers? I think that's more in line with what I'd be interested in joining. The reason is because some of the freelance sites have scammers and I'd like to avoid those.
