Have you ever earned any money by taking online surveys?

I remember in the early 10's I started looking into ways to earn extra cash. Surveys came up on my radar, and I remember signing up to take surveys and I almost earned enough points to cash out, but I sadly forgot about logging into my account to claim the money and lost all my points... it was for only $20 but it would have been an extra $20 I didn't have before! Are surveys worth participating in to earn some money online?

Yeah during the incident of covid-19 pandemic, I was opportune to participate on most survey sites when my country was eligible.

I have earned tens of thousands of dollars taking surveys, but most recently I only take them when they give me seed money to participate in something more lucrative, which is just about every day. There are more than I can count that pay so little it's not worth it, but like most online tasks it takes experience to spot the winners and they will probably not be the same ones you pick.

I remember when I needed to make a little extra cash online to help me out with things and I had looked into taking online surveys to make extra money. The sites I used were fairly easy to use but the more I used them, the more I realised how much of a waste of time they were as I either had to make a certain amount to cash out or they made it really difficult to cash out. For what I was earning per survey when I was doing it, it would have taken me months up on months to cash out and I just gave up on it and looked for other ways to earn money online. If you can find solid and trustworthy survey sites then I say go for it, I have never been lucky in that aspect though, so I moved onto other things.

I have actually earned quite a lot of money from online platforms by providing them with service. One of the service is by taking survey. I made around 3-4 bucks through that.

on a personal note i do not really like the idea of making money through survay,because majority of survay site usually select regions that they want to participate in their survey.

I have not taken part in any with the intention to make money. I take some surveys for the game that I play just to earn coins that I use in-game and it has worked for me so far.
