Gup shup

Do you allow gossip and general chit-chat on your forum? I think we should have some room for general gup shup aka small talk.

All work and no play is not good at all.

Of course, there should be the option to have laid-back discussion next to the valuable content. General chit-chat is how a community is formed.

People come for the authoritative content, stay for the community, and chit chat is how you *build* that community to more than just 'content'.

I feel tired when I talk too much tech. It is nice to talk about sports, music, cinema etc for a while. Then go back to tech topics, have fun and then a bit more gup shup.

Some forums are full of general chat and some completely ignore it. A blend would be great.
