- One Topic Per Forum/User - You're allowed to have one hiring topic per forum and one topic for yourself for seeking employment. If you own more than one forum, you may make separate topics for each one but you may not make multiple topics for the same forum.
- You must be staff at the forum you are recruiting for - You must be an administrator or staff member at the forum you are recruiting staff for and you must have the permission of the forum's administrator (if that isn't you). A forum's owner may request to have a topic removed if they wish.
- Clearly label what your topic is in the title - Use [Hiring], [Seeking Job] or something similar in your topic title to denote what you are looking for to keep this forum organized.
- You may only bump your topic once per 48 hours - A bump is a post by you or another staff member at your forum bring your post back up to the top. Replying to another user's post is not considered a bump.
- Hire staff at your own risk - Admin Junkies is not responsible for any harm that comes to your forum as a result of hiring someone via this service. You use this service at your own risk. We would like to caution you against hiring someone you have just met and giving them too much access. We advise that you give them a trial period if trust is an issue before giving them the ability to harm your forum.
