Would you allow a staff member to work on your competitor's site?

Suppose you have a niche forum and you find out that one of your best mods or admins is also working on another similar niche forum. Would you consider that conflict of interest and ask them to resign their other post. Or, would you fire them from your forum if they didn't? Or, would it be a big deal at all?

I wouldn't mind as long as that person is still remaining active on my forum if they was not and their activity dropped I would warn them about the activity and that they need to pick it up a little.

To be fair I think it's everyone's choice to do what they wish and if they wished to go and set up their own forum that was similar to mine that is fine as long as they didn't copy it exactly and as long as they stuck active on my forum as staff there wouldn't be a problem at all. I did once have a staff member that did exactly that on one of my first forums copied my forum exactly and then started poaching members, they was demoted as soon as I found out purely because their sole reason for being on my forum was to get ideas and make it into their own.
