Why CMS is used more by organizations than by normal webmasters?

Is there a specific reason you can think, why organizations uses CMS more than general webmasters?

That's a good point. Its often much easier to manage a CMS.

Orginazations have a site as part of their business and due to it not been the main part of the organzation they want it cheap,fast and easy. However on the other hand webmasters have the site as the only part so they'll invest more time and money into their site so they'll use a custom build instead of a cms.

It makes it easier to manage and update their websites. It also allows their employees to edit it without having any knowledge in coding.

but i see most of the top companies still use a HTML coding.!!
