What do you do when staff start arguing? I once had two staff members who started arguing in public and i warned them both.
Publicly = Warning. They can argue all they want as long as it is not in public, think of the members guys!
In public, they get removed. In the staff forum or over PM, as long as it doesn;t get out of hand, fine.
If it's in public, depending how bad it is I will remove the posts or warn them. If it's bad, they will be fired.
If my staff are arguing, one of them will be gone. I can't have hatred between the staff members and it's either going to be worked out or I'll work it out and get rid of someone. Simple as that.
They weren't exactly arguing, but one of my admins hinted to me that he didn't really like the other admin. And my whole staff was cheering when he got fired.
