What do you like about vBulletin?

    I know most people do not like vBulletin at this time but there must be one quality you like, what is it?

    I just messed with the templates and css of it for a month or so and got the hang of the basics :p It's pretty easy after you mess around. :p

    Yeah, the template system is overly complicated though :p tried the xenforo demo and themes are easy to make :)

    Yeah, XenForo is easy but haven't seen one break out of the XenForo structure yet. Looks pretty hard to do it.

    Im working on a theme that will look nothing like XenForo, it is pretty hard to break out of the base shell of any forum software if you are doing it from scratch :) You can pretty much always tell when a theme is vbulletin, phpbb, xenforo etc;

    Another thing i like about vb is the impex system, it is a great tool :)

    Lots of xenforo posts, not enough vB ;)

    I like how easy it is to install the mods and skins and not have the board affected, unless the mod itself has an issue then of course there's a problem :p

    As member I like the familiarity. vBulletin used to be the standard for most of gaming websites with a community. I am very used to many of its feautures and for many years it marked top quality.

    I also like the way you may customize your profile page. X3
