Im wanting to know what are Proxies? Like, i havent got a clue what they are, lol I see people selling stuff to do with proxies too. Can someone please give me some info on what they are.. Thanks!
If you are using proxy means then you send request through proxy and proxy send request to server. And then server send data to proxy and proxy send data to you. So you can find by the server as proxy is sending request.
A google search will explain pretty well. Pretty much what happens is instead of the request being sent right from Charles to Jonas, the message is sent to the proxy from Charles's computer. The proxy then passes the message on to Jonas. This means that Charles sent the message to Jonas without using his IP (the proxy sent the request). People may use proxies to browse anonymously or maybe to troll a forum they were IP banned from.
