    Is there a way to watch a certain topic and get notified when a reply is made? I have not seen an option anywhere when viewing a topic.

    There usually is in the upper right hand corner...not sure why it's not there. The hook might have been removed on this theme. You can also set it up to watch all topics you reply to via the UCP ;)
