This is a script we were doing months ago with plans to open a video sharing website, but we didn't finish it. Currently includes a login system, the registration wasn't finished but the form is there, jwPlayer (Licenced), video uploader, video manager... The current formats are FLV and MP4, it also includes a nice HTML 5 player which is open source. Thanks, it's more similar to GorillaVid, Daclips, Putlocker etc. Videos aren't indexed anywhere so it's more of a, you share with your friends kinda thing. Well I'd assume you'd need FFMPEG on the server, and a converter as it's a flash player, it supports MP4 by default, and FLV, I'm not sure what else, but if you had a WMV video it'd need to be converted, so that's where the FFMPEG server extension comes in.
