Use of BB in forum softwares/company's

    It's alrght... It's been used for quite some time now. I don't think its cheap, just because 'BB' is included in there.
    It's kind of old though, since it means bulletin board.

    I like using MB (meaning message board) it sounds modern to me, but it has probably been around for quite a while.

    Some software have lousy names but they're GREAT when it comes to usage. Take XenForo as an example :p

    It makes no difference, they're just including the product type in their name. It's the same thing as Microsoft, which is short for Micro-Software. They are a software development company, they are simply including their product type in their name.

    I am least bothered about the name of the script, as long as it gets the job done ;)
