Well when you have been hit by a hard troll or a hacker, after you have banned them do you release their ip address and details to the public? I have seen several forums doing this and to be honest i don't think it is a professional way to handle things, in actual fact you could put this problem member in danger of being harrased by your die hard forum members. What would you do, release the details or keep them to yourself?
I would never give anybody's personal details out online. Period. There is a right way of going about things and this is certainly not it
If it is a hacker.. I wouldn't mind I hate hackers. Give out the information so others can ipban the hacker.
I would never do this, releasing somebody's personal details is low and i will never go as low as the troll or hacker and retaliate to their actions.
No i would not release their details publicly, maybe in my staff room but that is where it would stop
