How does someone run a company if they have never been out there building their own network marketing company. Being a distributor and knowing exactly what it takes to be a success is very important. Truly knowing and understanding how much work and time it takes to put into building the business.

Without the distributors, the company could not make it.They need each and everyone of us to be successful.

Having this experience in management means they will do what ever it takes to make sure their distributors are happy.

Timing in the Industry and timing in the Company!
Timing is a very important part of building your company. If the timing is not right you will not have the success that you are looking for.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is jumping on board with a pre- launch company. Approximately 95% of all pre launch companies fail in the first year and 94% of the rest fail in the second year. If it is such a great opportunity it will be there in two years with all the bugs worked out and that would be the time to join.

The compensation plan will be in place not changed all the time, the shipping and all the other things needing to be in place.

So what you have to make sure is that the timing is right in the industry and that the products or services are needed. The company is not pre-launch or around for many many years.

Consumable Product that people need month after month!
You need to have a product that people love and that people will be wanting every single month. Products that people need and want that they will drive for miles if they have to to get it. So you need to focus on that.

Every company out in the industry that is legitimate has a great product. But without the other 4 Pillars how can you ever survive?

I have been in a few Network Marketing companies and I still buy the products that I love but they were not a 5 Pillar company so I could not retire or have the true residual income I was looking for.

Compensation Plans
Compensation Plans are sometimes very difficult to understand and you need to be able to understand yours.

Why do they make them so difficult for you to understand? It is easy the company does not want you to understand them.

So you need to be able to read and understand what you are in so you can make sure you have the right vehicle to reach your goals and dreams. Not to have to build it and then go to another company, then another because the Comp plans are not for you.

Learning How to Understand Your Compensation Plan

If you do not understand your Compensation Plan do not worry you are not alone. Are you still trying to figure out how it works and how many people will it take you to make your desired income you are looking to make. Can you make true residual income or do you need to sponsor on going.

How many people do I need in my business to make...(my income goal)
Do you know how to figure this out?
So have you ever figure out how many people it takes in your business to make your desired income goal?

If you do not, don't worry you are not alone. This is true residual income I am talking about not your fast start bonuses or one time bonuses I am talking about that you make every single month.

I like to use $10,000 a month just because it is easy math and most people I talk to that is what they are looking to make. So if you want to make $10,000 a month, you need to know in this company are you making $2, $3 a person, how much??

This is generic so I will just use letter for the company names instead of the real names.

So, I will start with a really easy one, we will call it Company WWW and in this company you make a big $1 per person. So what you need to do is divide $10,000 by $1. This is easy, yes it is 10,000 people you need to make that income of $10,000 a month.

Now, we are on to Company XXX so in this company with the comp plan you cap out at $2.65 a person. Once again divide $10,000 by $2.65 and you need 3,770 people to make $10,000 a month.

Company YYY, is a 5 x 7 Matrix, which you would have listened to in the audio. You make more money so you make $3.57 per person so with this company you only need 2,800 to make your $10,000 per month.

In Company ZZZ you only need 400 people per month to make your desired income of $10,000 a month. This is $10,000 divided by $25 a person.

Well ,as you can see there are a variety of companies with different Compensation Plans so there are different numbers for each.

What you need to do is first figure out your desired income, so divide it by the amount you make per person and there you have how many people it will take you to make your desired income.

So, what you need to do is think long and hard "How attainable is it?" "Can I get 10,000 people or even 2,800 people?"

The next thing is to understand why each company is different and WHY! It has to do with the Business Models of each company.

A duplicatable system!
Having a duplicatable system to build your business is a very important Pillar to have. But, what you need to realize is it needs to be a PROVEN SYSTEM not just one that can be duplicated.

People are not duplicatable, SYSTEMS are duplicatable.So you need to have a SYSTEM that once anyone joins, they get plugged into the SYSTEM, coached, mentored and they can find other just like themselves.

You need to have it so that people to infinity can duplicate what you are doing. So you need to have a action plan in place that everyone can understand and do. They do not need to be a computer wise or a top sales person or a heavy hitter.

Plus you need to be able to teach them the skills they need and have the time to do it. Not just bring them on board and then leave them.
