Not by me, no. I don't think it does, though that would be nice. I would check out PyroCMS which may better suit that
Nothing too fancy, mainly just messing around. After looking into it more, I felt it wasn't really for me as you have to add the basic HTML structure to a page template every time. I may sound lazy, but it get's a bit annoying when you could one global header.html(for example) to hold your styles and scripts that's added to every page.
