Yep, it uses a mysql database. I am cleaning it up and adding a basic installer to it.

you would use a little bit of javascript like you see in this page there 2 pages so if you could use javascript u could just scroll the point of mouse in the next page and it will show it,.

Very basic and yet good looking. Keep it as simple as possible and put the features on it. When you need to release it, just hire a designer for few days to make it look even better and you're set. It would mean a minimalist design, which is easy to make if you know your job
