I suggest taking a look at the site marketplace over at forums.digitalpoint.com to decide how much yours is worth, just compare your site to the ones on sale there. Just so you know, always include traffic stats and other important stats on your sale page/thread.

Digtalpoint isn't a very good website to find out how much your own is worth, Flippa would be a better place to look. Well, If you want to get a decent price anyways (y)

I would have it appraised on various different sites so you can get a base price in mind. If your selling you should consider traffic, the content of the articles and possibly comments. Comments are not what people are looking for to be honest, it would be more so the content.

I guess the market price is calculated something like
"cost of a website = revenue per month * 10"

But seriously though, you must consider the work you have put on that website and what the future holds for your website.

Yeah I am considering but if i cant keep it up it would be a shame to see it fall apart.

you should take a screenshot of your index site, and put your url and put some details of your forum and then create a thread and listen offers.
