Selecting The Right Staff Member

When you are looking for staff, there are a few pointers that you should consider before making the final decision:

-Do not let just anyone have access to your admin cp. That is the quickest way to put your forum at risk.
-Take your time and select some one that is deserving, no need to rush things and pick some one that is going to leave your forum in a week or two.
-If you can try to talk to them on a messenger for a while, getting to know them will really help in your decision making.

These are just some basic tips, but I have seen a few forums that got hacked by scammers that should not have, had they just followed some of the basics.
