To better help you get hired somewhere, you should always list where you've staffed before, if you have [staffed before], as well as what your talents are. Such as, you do better as a Moderator, or on the PT, or you do better on General Chat forums, etc. Linking to sites you previously staffed at would also help just in case. To make it easier on the employer, list what position(s) you wish to have (IE Admin, Mod, etc). Don't get discourage if you don't get hired, there's always a forum out there in need of staff.
