    Sorry to say, but i would not use this serivice, The theme puts me off, and the fact that it says there are no other websits on there al all.

    Themes for a directory, I personally don't consider important- more the PageRank of the directory. But it will eventually be changed. :D
    As for there being no websites on it, well the less the better in fact! There is more link value from having few websites on it.

    Also predicted PageRank is 2.09 currently. :)

    Well currently PR is 0 (predicted PR is 2- and I am hoping to improve this)- so you can wait until the next PR update to be sure you're buying something worth your hard earned cash :)
