Do you ever get members displaying mob mentality on your forum, where they join together in a group and display their anger/frustration? I had this once and it took some hard work to calm them down.
I have never had a group of them go wild but one or two, they were easily pursued to calm down though when faced with a lengthy ban from the forums
the old forum my members used to be a part of, did that all the time. luckily we never got any of the members who were bad for it. they caused so much stress for the staff
Let them run their course, this sh*t happens regularly and is part of the lifestyle of a forum. Usually members get bored if you don't comply with their requests and or maintain a calm demeanour when in contact with them.
