If you want to edit a wordpress template it's better yo use Notepad++, a huge list of tools, and it's really important

You should add Sublime Text 2 actually. And Adobe Dreamviever. But what are those sections on your thread. What does design, prototyping and wireframing have to do with Web Development. lol

Not sure about you guys but I'm happy with notepad if I have too or bluefish editor.
For coding.

I agree with adding Sublime text. Ever since i tried it, i never went back to Notepad++ or Eclipse (PHP).

Corporates consider prototyping and wireframing as a part of web development cycle.
