Your Review: I was searching for a reliable host that offered reseller plans at a decent price, I came across Jaws Host (Part of Shark Host/Badsimz) on Digitalpoint and thought I would check it out, I messaged the owner and everything seemed in order. So I purchased a yearly reseller plan, after about 2 weeks of everything being fine the problems started. My sites would go down every other hour, every day of the week so I made a support ticket.. 3 days later a received a reply saying it was going to be fixed. It only got worse, my sites started going down for days on end and when they were up they were very slow. After 20 something support tickets I got nowhere and had to search for a new host. I would not recommend Jaws Host, Shark Host or Bad Simz to anybody looking for a reliable host, I have been left $80 out of pocket.
Thanks for the warning. I will stay well clear of that host if I ever need hosting again in the future.
Since they have no homepage or custom design whatsoever I would not go with them regardless. Also did you mean SharkSpace? I can't find any SharkHost. Sucks that for all the issues, you got no refund or compensation for it. Thats what I call bad hosting.
It was sharkhost or sharkshost, as far as i'm aware SharkSpace is a completely different hosting company. And yeah it did suck, though atleast I found a decent hosting company through it.
