  1. IATQOR Yes.

How much do you value your website at?

I would say mine is worth about $250 :)

Those type of sites aren't accurate and should never be the basis of the price of your website.
There are several factors in approx. value of a website. Domain, SEO, content, activity, revenue from ads, etc.

I declined $30,000 for one of mine about 6 months ago. I'd guess that the site is probably worth that, if not just a bit more.

I agree with Richard above. Those "website worth" sites are complete trash - your website is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it and most buyers base the worth of a website via this simple formula:

    monthly income * 10-20months == sale price

You'll be lucky to find someone that uses the high-end 20 month value above. Most buyers are concerned with ROI and can't see past the income to all of the effort and branding you've done (which takes a lot of time and money).

Look at this horrible estimate! :D

Nah, They really just guess its value.

There are much better ways of valuating your site.
  6. ShadyX Who else?

To me, AdminForums is priceless :) I would never sell it despite several very tempting offers.

Revillution.com is worth $4,016.47 according to the link posted above. Where as Zeroboards.net (unused) is worth $6,197.07

Crap, I should sell my zeroboards.net domain for that much :D

DarkGizmo, I am not sure if that is very accurate. I am not saying that your site is bad but as it has been said above, those sites pretty much know nothing on site valuing.

I know, it was a joke dude :p there is nothing at zeroboards.net so there's no way it'd be worth over $6k....and i doubt the domain name is worth that much. :p

As has been said, a site is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it, I was outbid for a site by $25

Those are not very accurate at all. Your site may or may not be worth that much.

Well apparently Adminforums is worth 15K atm... FOrumotion.com is worth 2M.... and my site is worth... $10 -.-

Priceless! I don't think I could have sold mine :p

I think pricing depends on the ammount of hardwork and cash you have dedicated to the site. A valuation of that and the content for sure. All those sites that value sites is just BS.

I don't believe in these things, price of your domain completely depends on it's usage and page ranks. Also they depend on how many page visits (Unique of course) you have per day/week/month.
