If you had to put a price ta on your website how much do you think it would be worth? For AF I would say about $20,000 due to the 1k+ revenue per month. 365k follower twitter, 172k post content and all the other stuff.

I would say...probably about 1 thousand dollars. We have 2 awesome custom themes, a lot of activity, good post count, and we're in BSA. Plus, the xenforo license to go with it :)

Does anyone know of a tool online to determine the value of a website?

At current my site doesn't have any revenue coming in however through all the posts that I have and members and also including the SEO done and the page rank 2 on my url at the moment I would say that that around £100 - £200 for my forum as it is would be all I could sell it for but that is just my estimate.
  11. wow! You actually earn $1000 a month off this forum? That's awesome. Good to know that's possible.

As for my own forum, a couple months after it opened, it was appraised for around $3400. Not sure I'd sell it even now. But it's nice to know forums can be sold for money. Just have to find the right buyer.
