First of all you will need a Twitter account with a few followers and a few tweets already then you will need to sign in to Twiends which is a twitter follow website. Everytime you follow somebody on there you will get a seed or maybe more which you can use to get more followers. By that time you will have around 900 seeds but It could vary. Now you are following 1,000 or so people who don't follow you back, you can get rid of them by using http://dossy.org/twitter/karma/ or http://manageflitter.com to unfollow everybody who does not follow you back. I usually wait around a day before unfollowing them as around 100-200 out of a thousand will follow you back anyway. Do this everyday and watch your followers grow! Enjoy.
