There are bigger corporations out there of course that have been around for awhile but this is a company that rivals them with their excellent support. I love the fact they assign you to a staff member. Meaning you get the same person and are able to speak with them one on one and build a good business relationship. The pricing is pretty good as well. For the plus you get 2 GB Disk space & 20 GB Bandwidth with Unlimited add-ons/subdomains for about 2.95 and with Premium you get 10GB of Disk space and 100 GB bandwidth for $5.99. Pretty good pricing in comparison to other companies i have hosted with in the past matched with an good support staff. Uptime is pretty good as well. There were a few stumbles(nothing major) but they did occur. It was about 30 mins but the upgraded my account from Plus to Premium which I was not expecting. Aside from that, I have no other issues to note. All in all, a reputable company and goes to show you that you don't always have to go for the biggest of companies because there are smaller, personable companies that have a lot to offer as well. It's been a great experience thus far with Gray and you should check them out. They offer a 45 day guarantee.
