[align=center] Final Fantasy Reverie[/align] First Impressions - (16/20) Let's start with your home page. I think you did amazing there. So much Final Fantasy things there and it's well organized. I especially love the photos. The texts on the right side is also okay. Just make it centered a bit more, it's too much to the right. The navigation bar here is also great, I love it! As I go to your forum, I admit I kind of disappointed with your banner. It's too small. I'll talk more about this on the graphics category. There's a repetition of your forum's description in your banner and below your banner ("This Is Your Home!") and the "I" on "Is" should not be capital. The side bar is a bit empty too. There are not enough widgets to cover all the space, making it not efficient. I suggest adding more widgets or move those widgets to the front page, especially the donate button and Facebook link. That way your forum can also gain more space as it looks very crowded. Time for organization of categories and forums. I think some forums can actually be merged together, like "Site Information" and "Announcements and News", then "Character Creation" and "Profile". You can make the latter sections I mentioned to be the sub-forums of the former ones. I don't think you need a special sub-forum for rules and applications. Then for the way you divide Final Fantasy series, I think it's best to merge them all in one forum and make sub-forums for them. Classic Final Fantasy might not have too many discussions so they can be put together. That way, your forum will seem more full. Graphics and Layout - (15/20) Banner: Too small. I can see that you're using Yuna at the right, but I could barely notice Tifa at the left side. It's too small thus the pictures are hard to notice. The font of the letters is not very special either. Make it bigger, use a bigger and unique font, and don't forget to fix your forum's description. You'll be better. Navigation Menu: The same problem with the banner: too small. Make it bigger or at least make the texts clearer. It's quite good, but maybe you can brainstorm a more unique shape to use to make things more attractive. Images and Icons:The favicon and your category/forum icon is the same. Not that it's bad, but it'll be better and more cheerful if you use different images. The icons for who-is-online and images below it are not very special either. However, I love your topic buttons. They are lovely.[/list:u] Staff and Usergroups - (16/20) You have three user groups with members and banned not counted. You have two administrators, two global moderators, and one moderator. I think it's enough, but you don't need so many groups. For a role-playing forum, administrators can also be a global moderator. You can put the global moderators as moderators and have them watch over RP information category, RP worlds category, and Guilds/Clans category. With the administrators acting as global moderators and the number of your members, I think it'll be fine. Originality and Unique Quality - (15/20) I admit this is the first time I see a role-playing forum using Final Fantasy series as the base. However, there's already tons of role-playing forums out there. You'll need to continue to work hard. Maintain the activity of your forum and keep advertising to get more members coming.
