I disagree with you completely, not everything is about sex and if it is for you, then I think that's weird as hell and you must be one hell of a horny person. I'm friends with a few girls and wouldn't think about having sex with them, not because I find them ugly or anything but because I only see them as my friends, more like sisters to me and having sex with your sister is a bit messed up.

Yes a boy and a girl can be friends. xP There's a boundary between a friend who's a girl and a friend who's a boy, and that boundary is usually never crossed so there's no reason why if you're a boy you can't be friends with a girl and vise versa.
