blueDesk is a work in progress right now but we expect to have it up for sale within a month or two. blueDesk will be an easy to use and easy to manage knowledge base script (PHP) from DesignSkate's web development services. We first created TinyKB (here) and we feel this will be more web 2.0 and more user friendly. TinyKB customers (whether through the DesignSkate shop or CodeCanyon) will receive a complimentary license to the script before it's officially released which includes 24/7 dedicated support from DesignSkate's customer support services. Short demo, the video shows an incomplete and unpolished version of the script.
Why not just make this an update to TinyKB? It seems slightly redundant to re-create what you already have and would make your life easier.
TinyKB has it's own updates planned, blueDesk was planned long before TinyKB but then TinyKB was created by Jake and blueDesk was again pushed back. However, since TinyKB customers won't be receiving the exact same update, they'll receive a free license to use this script and be able to download it from our future client area and since they will be quite similar in terms of the database structure, it may be a possibility that a converter is included but they are 2 separate products. Of course, TinyKB will be getting some cool updates in the near future including a more user friendly administration panel as that's something we're trying to improve with our scripts lately.
