Its a pay site (annual payment) but its worth it. Take a look at their demos. All their themes have SEO features and social plugins built-in and they are really great themes.

I have used elegant themes before which are really nice but I find difficult to change design wise. Woo Themes are good and have a few nice free templates as well.

I’ve heard about ElegantThemes years ago. They are really great, and offer awesome themes for a very good price. I think they even have a promotion now, for limited time only, they’re givin themes really, really cheap. If you’te into it, it’s a really good bargain.

elegant themes must be the first choice for a wordpress theme, they also provide some free themes, and that's good for people who don't have money
