000webhost is awful. If you want a good free host go with http://x10hosting.com . All they require is for you to have an account on their forum and log in once every 2 weeks to keep your site active. No posts required. It is free but they treat you like you are paying for it. By far the best free host I've ever used.
I wouldn't suggest using 000. It has awful downtime and support I would say byet is a lot better, try and look around and see what most people suggest
